328i Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains binding terms of use for all registered 328i platform users. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 328i platform—whether via web browser or mobile app—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance takes effect immediately upon your use of the platform.
If you disagree with any part of this document, you are requested not to continue using the 328i platform. Continued use after updates to the terms will be considered automatic acceptance of the latest version.
The 328i platform is open only to users aged 18 and above and residing in jurisdictions that permit online betting and gaming. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before using our services.
By using this platform, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to all conditions stated in this document. Violations may result in account suspension or closure.
2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is allowed to have only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without notice.
- Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- 328i reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm account information validity.
- Accounts found using false information or another person’s identity will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
- Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential. 328i is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
- Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Always log out properly at the end of each session.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 328i support team immediately via the platform’s communication channels.
- Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum protection.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 328i platform users must comply with the following usage rules without exceptions. Violations may result in disciplinary actions including suspension or permanent account closure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any tools that provide unfair advantage on the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, identity forgery, money laundering, or any illegal activities through the platform.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system for personal gain is prohibited. Any discovered errors must be reported to our support team immediately.
- Sharing or selling accounts to others, or using someone else’s account without permission.
- Abusing promotions or offers in ways that violate the related promotional terms.
Usage Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring all activity within their accounts complies with these terms. 328i reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action without providing detailed explanations to the user.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 328i platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered banking or e-wallet details are their own and active.
- Deposits are processed using payment methods available on the platform, including FPX and local e-wallets.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary and are displayed during the transaction process.
- 328i is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts under the same 328i account holder’s name.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take several business days.
- 328i reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security checks or compliance purposes.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of technical issues affecting bet outcomes or payouts, 328i reserves the right to make adjustments deemed fair based on system records. 328i’s decisions on these matters are final.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
328i Liability Limitations
The 328i platform is provided “as-is”. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee the platform will be free from technical errors, server downtime, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
328i is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users resulting from platform use, including but not limited to loss of money, data, or business opportunities.
Users acknowledge that betting and online gaming carry financial risks. Participation in any betting activities is entirely the user's personal decision.
Account Suspension & Closure
328i reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud or money laundering activities
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- User-initiated account closure requests
If an account is closed due to terms violation, 328i reserves the right to hold any remaining balance pending investigation. Users may appeal through the support channels within the platform.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the 328i platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 328i or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from 328i.
The 328i platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 328i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
328i reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws related to the operation of the online platform. Any disputes arising from or relating to use of the 328i platform should first be addressed through customer support.
